LEGAL ASSIST
Legal advice and assistance from qualified attorneys on any legal matter.
Angaria 24 Hour Emergency Assist offers the following benefits:
- Telephonic legal advice for basic business circumstances
- Assistance with legal documentation, such as power of attorney, sale or lease agreements, partnership or sale agreements
- Telephonic guidance on contract law
- Telephonic guidance on basic labour or tax law issues
MEDICAL ASSIST
24 Hour Emergency Assist will provide you, your staff and on a access basis your clients with medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week under the following circumstances:
In the event of a medical emergency that involve bodily injury or any serious medical condition, we will arrange the following:
- Emergency medical response to the scene of the accident.
- Emergency medical transportation to the closest most appropriate facility for further medical care.
- Guarantee hospital admission to a maximum of R5000, which is refundable by the policy holder of his / her medical aid.
- Non emergency medical and health advice
- Telephonic counseling and / or referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist.
- Repatriation of mortal remain
Cover is limited to R10 000 per annum.
ROADSIDE ASSIST
Cover is limited to R5000.00 per annum
Angaria Assist is there for you 24 hours a day not only for mechanical and electrical breakdown but also when you are involved in a collision.
Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown:
- Angaria Assist will tow the vehicle to the nearest repairer ( Max limit of R1500 per incident).
If you are further than 100km from your permanent place of business, where available and at Angaria Assist discretion, Angaria Assist will:
- Offer car hire assistance (Group A or B) for a maximum of 24 hours (Max limit of R500 per incident).Please ensure that you have a valid credit card when traveling. Should you need a replacement car, car rental companies will only release the car to you if you have a valid credit card.
OR
- Offer hotel accommodation for a maximum of 4 people at a hotel of your choice (Max limit of R500 per incident) ** If the vehicle needs to be left behind for repairs whilst you continue your journey, Angaria Assist will provide allowance of R500 per incident to assist with the repatriation of your vehicle.
Angaria Assist will also cover the call out and first hour’s labour should you be in need of one of the following services:
- Vehicle locksmiths
- Flat tyre assistance
- Jump Start ( Flat battery)*
- Approximately 20 liters of fuel should it be required in emergency situations. The cost of the fuel will be for your own account.
** It should be noted that jump-starting some vehicle may cause damage to the vehicle’s computer system. Angaria Assist can not be held liable should you choose to jump-start your vehicle rather than tow it to the nearest repairer.
Collision:
- We will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest repairer.
Unfortunately Angaria Assist does not include the cost of, but offers assistance for:
- Parts, new batteries, tyres, locks, keys, etc.
Angaria Assist will not be held liable for any repair or towing costs not authorised by the call centre.
We assist you in claim settlements, administer all your endorsements, track your renewals and undertake the renewal process with equal rigor as that of the first placement.
